Jake Betteridge

Co-Founder & CEO

After graduating from Cardiff University in 2023, Jake developed his interest in cryptocurrency into a focus on the scams and financial crime surrounding it. Having personally experienced cryptocurrency loss, he understood how difficult it can be to find clear answers when funds disappear.

That experience helped shape Meridian. Jake combines blockchain analysis with open-source intelligence to trace stolen assets, investigate the people behind suspicious activity, and turn complex evidence into clear forensic reports. Across investigations undertaken, he has traced more than $32 million in stolen digital assets.
